Shipping
Krayv charges a flat KWD 2 (Approximately $7.00) shipping fee on its orders. Any orders over KWD 300 will be charged an additional KWD 2 handling fee. While orders over KWD 600 will be charged an additional KWD 4 handling fee. Orders over KWD 900 will be charged an additional KWD 6 handling fee and so on. Krayv will attempt to ship all merchandise within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this point of time.

Tracking
We are working on making online tracking of your order available, but it is not yet implemented. Please contact us and include your order number to get your tracking information e-mailed to you.

Return/Exchange
Merchandise purchased from krayv may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within 7 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in its original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our customer services team. Non-stock items, consumables (such as CDs, DVDs, beauty products, cologne, candy etc..) special orders, customized products, socks and underwear are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded, however we will offer FREE shipping on LOCAL returns (you will not be charged to return the product in anyway). Returns should be properly packed by the customer. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery... Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery... Claims received after 7 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time before the items leave our warehouse. You will not be able to cancel an order after it has been shipped, but can still return it once you receive it in return for store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded, yet you will not be charged for the return. For order cancellations, contacting our customer services team.

Stock availability
We try to have all items in stock at all times, but occasionally something you are interested in may not be available in stock. If you order an out-of-stock item, we will either call or e-mail you to advise you that it has been backordered. Note: Your payment will not get processed until we have the item back in stock and we are ready to ship it to you.
